Hi Petrina It is a good device paired with an iPhone or iPad, and probably Android as well when used with BrailleBack, (I can't vouch for the latter though). It has some translation quirks, but if you want something small and the least expensive of the Braille display range, then it is fine. I am not sure about support though, RNIB did not respond to this when I asked. In this regard, I enquired about it being returned should the unit develop a fault, or Braille cells needed replacing. Take care old girl!! (smile).
