I can't give you an immediate answer Brian, but I'll forward your email
through to the TBS Arena list to see if Iain can help at all.

Léonie.

Subject: [access-uk] Yahoo groups bouncing mail

Hi

I have just tried to join the RNIB Talking Books Arena list and received a
message back from Yahoo groups stating that mail from my address is
bouncing. I reproduce the message below. However, when activating the link
provided below to reset the account I am asked for a Yahoo ID and password.

I have never had one of these. Can the moderator of a Yahoo groups list
reset the details does anyone know? I had a similar problem with one of our
GoogleGroups lists and I was able to help the subscriber to resolve the
issue.

If anyone can please let me know how this problem can be resolved that would
be good.

Brian

We are unable to process the message from <brian@xxxxxxxxxxx>
to <RNIBTalkingBooksArena-subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>.

Your request to join the RNIBTalkingBooksArena group is not processed
because your email account has been bouncing mails. This means that emails
sent to your account over several days have been returned to us.
This is sometimes because mail boxes are filled up, or because of
configuration problems. To reset your Yahoo! Groups account, please go
to http://uk.groups.yahoo.com/myprefs?edit=2
