Amro, in April I downloaded a demo of Open Book from the Freedom Scientific 
site.  I have no idea how long the demo is supposed to run, but as I write, 
it's still going strong.

I wouldn't consider buying the programme, it's very expensive, but since you 
say you only want to do one job, it might suit your needs.
