Hi Jeff,

Do you have various versions of Word or Outlook, or are you intending to
purchase? In any event, don't be nervous of ribbons as JAWS works well with
them, especially 2010. All you have to do is F6 to the ribbon and use cursor
keys to navigate the options. In some cases the old shortcuts still work if
you have some favourites.
