After pressing Alt+T for the Tools menu, I often press Jaws key and S to set read to all. Then when I press W it reads the dialogue quickly and nicely. Its just another option.

Hi Marg

In Word 2003, it's alt, T, W, then route JAWS to PC and arrow up till you get the amount of words. Wouldn't be without it! (smile.)

Subject: [access-uk] Word Count

Hello

I am using MS Office 2003. Is there an automatic word count, or will I have to count them myself?

Many thanks

Marg
