Marie,

Go to Word's "Window" menu when you have two documents open. All
being well there will be a "Compare Side by Side" option listed.

George.

Subject: [access-uk] Word 2003: working with 2 document open side by
side

I used to be able to do this regularly using alt+tab to go from one
document to the other, extremely handy for translation purposes. Now,
when I open one document, the other disappears and I can't remember
altering anything in the settings in Word.

Can someone help please? Have an urgent translation to do.

Thanks in advance to anyone taking the time to answer.

Cheers now,

Marie
