Hi Catherine,

Open the document you wish to password.

From the Tools menu, select Options.

Select the "Security" Tab in the Options dialog.

Go down to the "File sharing options for this document
section" where you can enter a password which will at least
prevent people modifying it.

George.

documents?

Hi,

I went to Protect Document, and then pressed Enter on
"Restrict Permission".
This makes something come up where JAWS just says "Microsoft
Office. Yes button" and I can't fathom out what this
message is with the JAWS cursor.

Any ideas?

Catherine
