Hi, The main thing is when this happens does he have an IP address (check ipconfig) and can he browse to the router's configuration pages? Has he the latest available firmware? Thanks. Very sporadic connection sometimes will and at the moment will not Everything says it is fine, strong signal everything found etc. Have looked under properties and all seems good, everything suggests that the settings are correct. This is my son's PC and he is fully sighted and has no Access software. I have just called him using MSN voice chat, (He was on line and connected). However he was automatically disconnected and he went from my online list to my off line list immediately. This set up has never really worked correctly, he spoke to bellking earlier and they suggested some setting changes which he made under their supervision but it is still not working correctly. After me trying to voice chat with him he is now unable to connect even though all settings are correct and saying he has a strong signal. Any ideas please He is using BT Broadband 2MB Graham ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
