I got it from Tools - Windows updat in IE7.  Might be worth a try.

Martin, this is probably a dumb question, but did you try going to Windows
Update from the start menu instead of going on to the website directly? After lots of clicking, you're landed on the check for updates button by
default, or at least I was when I checked yesterday.
