[access-uk] Windows on Drive E?

Hi all,
I recently reinstalled Windows XP on my laptop, and Windows XP now resides on 
Drive E, instead of Drive C. My old instalation of XP is on drive C. Is it 
possible to reassign drive letters, and then format the drive that the old XP 
install is on?
