Thanks Dave and all for your help. I'll leave changing the scripts for now, but if I'm modifying them I'll get back to you for clearer instructions!

Thanks again.

Hi, Windows Live mail is perfectly accessible. I'm using it with Jaws right
now. It does take a bit of getting used to, and I don't like the Jaws
scripts as I have said many times. If you're a Jaws user, what I would do is
copy all your outlook express and Windows Live Mail scripts to an
alternative folder, then rename your wlmaill.outlook express JSS file to to
the current name of your windows live mail one, thus using the Outlook
Express scripts instead. These automatically read messages unlike the
default scripts, and work better with the various pains. Also worth going
through all the view settings and putting them to your liking.

Cheers
Dave

Subject: [access-uk] Windows live mail question

Hi all,

Sorry if this was discussed before but I was off the list for a couple of
months...

I've just downloaded Windows Live Mail, the new email client that is
replacing Outlook Express, but I find it completely inaccessible. Am I
correct in this? Microsoft says that from June 30 OE will not work... so if
this new client isn't useable, what alternatives do we have? I personally
don't find Outlook as accessible and easy to use as Outlook Express.

Any advice is very much appreciated.
