[access-uk] Windows XP Log In Screen

Hi List.
An old favourite here. How do I get rid of the Log-in screen each time XP
starts up?
I've tried the "Control userpasswords2" remedy and unchecked the requirement
for users to log-in, but its still happening. And I fear I've done something
wrong at this point as I've now got a further pop up screen on each start-up.
There's now a message saying something to the effect that I can't be logged in
because of an account restriction, as well as the original log-in problem.
Hitting the OK button clears this though.
Googling seems to suggest that this is related to a blank field in the password
section, but I don't seem able to put this right either.
Again, any and all help gratefully received.
