Hi Debby.

If you go to www.pcspecialist.co.uk, you can build your own machine and select XP home from the operating systems available. Most if not all mid and high end desktops over the £300 mark will ship with Vista as standard although some offer the option to downgrade to XP but I don't know of any models that come to mind. Your better off configuring your own anyway and PC Specialist is a company I highly recommend.
