[access-uk] Windows Service Pack and Blocking Pop ups Again

I am still having problems with pop ups. I have installed service pack
2, and only this morning I received poker online, plus webcam chat just
whilst browsing one web page.
How do I stop these things now. I thought they would just stop.
I haven't played with any settings, so I don't know where to go from
here.
