[access-uk] Windows Messenger problem

Hi,
Every time I sign in to Windows Messenger it says none of my contacts
are online, though I know they are; their messengers say I'm offline,
though I'm signed in. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem?
I recently changed my passport e-mail address, don't know if that's
anything to do with it, but don't know what to do...
