Hi,

Yes, just use the very basic version of Sygate on the W98 PC. As long as it
can detect when a program is trying to connect outbound that is ok.

Andrew.

Andrew,

So, the XP firewall will be enough to block all incoming traffic destined
for either PC on the network. Would it be sufficient to install Sygate on
the Windows 98 PC to protect it when it connects to the internet?

Thanks,

Caroline.
