Hi Saqib,

I use Windows 8, and while I don't like it I can do most things.
What kind of shortcuts would you like to place on the desktop?

I find using the following to be useful:
1. Use Windows key + E to get to My Computer quickly.
2. Use Windows key + 1 to get to My Documents quickly.
3. Use the Start screen to search for applications, settings,
documents and more.

As I said, I don't like Windows 8, but I have used it for 18 months
now and it's ok.
Don't install the Windows 8.1 update, I find it a little more difficult to use.

Kind regards,

Niall
