[access-uk] Windows 7 - JAWS 11 and windows explorer

Hi,
I've read a tutorialto do with using JAWS and Windows Explorer in Windows 7 but
I'm having problems with JAWS 11. It isn't behaving in the file list as it
should. It doesn't always read the items.
Also, It isn't reading characters when I press the left and right arrow keys in
notepad and MS Word 2003. The same this email I am typing now. It just says
blank when I press the up and down arow keys and same for left or right.
Is ths normal behaviour for JAWS 11 in Windows 7?
