Hi Sharon,
you can do this by first setting the details you want in your main music
folder, and then applying those settings to other folders which are optimized
for music, which should include all the sub folders.
To set the details for a folder:
1. press alt+v to move to the name of the view tab in the ribbon.
2. tab until you get to the add columns menu button, and press it.
3. On the menu, choose "choose columns". A choose details dialog opens which
should allow you to set the columns that you want.
Then to apply those settings to other music folders:
1. press alt+f to open the file menu.
2. choose change folder and search options. The folder options dialog opens.
3. Move to the view page of this dialog.
4. The first control on the page is an apply to folders button. Press it.

following guide. It's written specifically for Jaws users, but nearly all of it

Hi,
Could someone kindly explain how I can show certain details for folders using
windows 10.
I have a large music folder and wish to show the following info for each sub
folder, title, artist, album, file type, e.g. MP3, and size of file,
Some of this info is showing, but not all of it, and I cannot find the view
icon to change what is displayed.
Ideally I would like to do this for all folders and subfolders.
