I upgraded to Windows 10 yesterday and so far, so good! I fancy it is
faster.
I'm still learning my way around and have cheated a bit as I've got my
husband to put shortcuts to Outlook, Word, Internet Explorer and the other
programmes I use regularly, onto the Desktop.
I'm not even going to attempt to use Edge but will stick with Internet
Explorer and Itunes for my Media Player.
Luckily Office 2013 seems to work very well on Windows 10 and I'm having no
problems with my e-mail.
Any tips on sharing my contacts and calendar with my iphone would be welcome
however.

Yes Carol, this is exactly the sort of issues I'm having. I sent this reply
earlier but it seems to have been lost in transit - "In Settings (Windows I)
and similar dialogs, the JAWS virtual cursor on my system says blank and Insert
Alt W says no text.
I'm beginning to think that I should reinstall the JAWS display drivers. Could
someone remind me how to do this please?"
