Hi Roger,

What version of Window-Eyes is this? Please ask your friend to contact us
if you like, and I'll try to fix the problem.

All the best

Steve

Hi All

A friend has sent the below plea for help. I'm not a Window-Eyes user so I
pass the request to this list for any advice please.

What disease did "cured" ham actually have?

For the last few weeks I have encountered an annoying problem with Outlook
Express. When checking a message I have just written, my screen reader,
Window-eyes, reads the first line or two then stops. I have to then
maximise the screen to be able to read the remainder of the message. When
replying to certain group messages, the whole thing jams up and I have to
exit and start again. I've tried changing settings in the "view" menu, but
there is no change. Can you tell me what has gone wrong?
