Hi,

You just confirmed what I thought. Window-Eyes doesn't care less. JAWS is
more fussy about all aspects of video cards.

All the best

Just a quick point, we do not recommend users change the screen resolution
with JAWS for some years for modern software such as Windows 7.0 and Office
2007 and above.

Hi,

Yes, Window-Eyes public beta does run in safe mode.

Secondly screen resolution doesn't matter at all. The only down side is you
may have to relabel some graphics if you have a strange resolution, though
this is not hard to do.

All the best

Steve

Thank you all so much for the information, which I am absorbing.

Two question emerge:

1.

Does WindowEyes really run in safe mode?

2.

Does the screen resolution for WindowEyes have to be altered as it does for
Jaws?

Many thanks
