[access-uk] Winamp's database

Hi all
How can I stop the window popping up each time I insert a cd, that searches
for cd recognition on the web? Each time this window comes up, Winamp seems
to freeze! Also, how do I stop Winamp from prompting me to upgrade? Can't
seem to find this under preferences!
