[access-uk] WinXP error on start up

hi all ever since i had windows xp reinstalled (it's a legitimate copy of
windows by the way), i get the following error on start up:
windows script host:

cannot find script file c:\oemcust\tools\win32\winproc.vbs

and an "ok" button.

i've tried searching on the net for a solution but have had no joy. anyone
got any ideas?
