Hi Scott,

No changes are necessary to a Windows 7 machine for use with Window-Eyes.
Which version of Outlook are you using?  I use Outlook 2007 pretty
successfully on a Windows 7 64 bit machine, although I can't say I like it
all that much but it's preferable to Windows Live Mail which isn't the best
with Window-Eyes.
