what about for anyone who's a new customer to Vodafone? can they expect to buy
a phone with talx installed on it for tfree or does that only apply to existing
customers.

I'd also add that you can get Talks on a compatible phone free from Voda if
you go on a contract. I've just had the 6680 on a contract and it is an
excellent phone.
