Hi adrian,Good choice. I bought mine from Amazon back in July when they were offering it as a promotion. Home Premium was £50, Professional £100. I paid the £50 for Home Premium. I'm not sure how much they are now, but you can have a look for yourself. I would say Windows 7 is far easier to use and more accessible compared to XP. Ok there is a learning curve for you, as you're skipping Vista (good for you), but all of us Windows 7 users like myself will be able to offer assistance when required. Yes you will have to do a full install as there is no upgrade path from XP like there is for Vista.Good luck in your purchase. Where's the best place to purchase windows 7 and how much should I pay for it?
