My experience Ibrahim usually with PDF to text is that it does not seem to bring the page numbers with it which I find irritating.

Hi Steve.

Yes, the manual is reasonably usable although I find it easiest to export it to text. The reason for this is that Adobe Reader automatically opens in a page by page view, and changing the accessibility reading options to display the entire document as I like to do makes words run together for some reason,

All the best, Ibrahim.

Hi Tris,

But is it accessible? I thought there was only a Flash version. Glad to
see there is a PDF version now.

All the best

Steve

"You can't get an accessible manual for the NC10. "

This is untrue, any would be owners of the NC10 can download this manual

Hi Adrien,

You can't get an accessible manual for the NC10. That's one of the
reasons I went for the MSI Wind, which does have an accessible manual,
and an equally good keyboard.

All the best

Steve

Hi

Thanks for that, I did google small laptops and to be honest, there
wasn't that many to choose from so I am sticking with the netbook.

On that subject, After a lot of searching over the last few months for a
gadget such as an accessible language translator with no luck at all, I
have actually ordered my netbook today, and I shall adapt that with all
the software which I have already got.

Over the past few months, there have been a lot of threads on the nc10,
I've followed some of them but I wonder if somebody on this list could
give me a brief run down of the things to look out for once I actually
start using my netbook, it is the nc10. Perhaps you could also give me
some tips on configuring it.

Where can I get the user manual from in an accessible format?

Thanks in advanced.

Regards

Adrien

Hi Adrian.

I can't say I've ever heard of a micro laptop, it could possibly be
another name for an ultra pc which is essentially a handheld computer
with a touch screen interface on which you would interact with the
operating system which is usually a version of Windows XP such as tablet
edition or a custom light version considering the less powerful specs of
these machines. You'd also have usually to connect a keyboard, mouse
etc for traditional and comfortable operation.

All the best, Ibrahim.

Hi

Can somebody please tell me what is the difference between
a
netbook and a micro laptop? What do you get with a micro laptop? How
powerful are they?
