[access-uk] Webvisum help or alternative web capture suggestions

Hi,
Is there an alternative to Webvisum or does anyone have a solution to the below
problem? I have just done a complete uninstall of Firefox using Revo
Uninstaller and deleted any left over files manually following the instructions
on the Mozilla website. I have just reinstalled both it and webvisum again and
it is still not solving captures for me. It gives me an error message whenever
I try.
I am using the latest versions of both Firefox and webvisum which are 14.01
and 0.9.1.
The exact error message I get when I press ctrl + alt + 6 on a page with a
capture is:
'Alert alert. webvisum: no method parameter in request (error: 1)'
I am unable to contact the developers of Webvisum. There are websites I would
like to access on a daily basis but without webvisum I am pretty stuck. Some
sites have audio captures but I find them to difficult to work out.
