Oh right thanks Peter, I did notice that all appeared to have parental guidance which surprised me but there you are. I am a Supernova user and not a Jaws user but I will look out for that check box and if I have a problem locating it again will come back to the list. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Peter Holdstock" <peterholdstock@xxxxxxx>

Hi, it may be that if you select a programme with a parental guidance warning on it that you then have to tick the box to tell them that you are over 16. If a programme won't play I usually do a refresh of the jaws buffer by pressing INSERT Escape then press x to find the check box. check it then press ok. programmes should then play without a problem after that. It can take quite a few seconds compared to the BBC website for programmes to begin playing. I think that's because the WEB IE programme has to find the buttons on the screen to click them.

I have tried to access the audio described programmes through webbie. I
have no problem connecting to the internet, though I tried every programme,
the site is coming up and I can see the picture but I do not know how to
start any of the programmes playhing. I had presumed that they started
automatically. Is this not the case? How do I get a programme to start
playing?
