[access-uk] Web address problem

Hi all
Does anyone know what I can try to put the following right.
When on internet, if I do alt+d it should then show the web address of the
Page I am on, but it doesn't show any address.
And if I type in an address, I can get to the page Ask for,
But I cannot read the address I type in.
