Andy

I don't know why it does, but I have JAWS 6.1, and it happens to me too.
Perhaps the best thing would be to ask the UK JAWS users list. I will copy
and paste some of your message over there and see what answers we get, if
any.

Subject: [access-uk] WMP issue

Hi all -

When I open WMP11, it appears to unload JFW [6.2]. after using a hot key to
reload JFW, when I go to the desk top to select a programme via it's short
cut key, each key press is followed by the clunk sound that seems to suggest

something is wrong, even though things seem to be working.

Anybody know why any of the above happens?? -
