Hi Don't know if you got this fixed. I'm just catching up on lists.
This is a known bug if you've upgraded to 13.3 and been using Voice Over
Actions. I haven't experienced it myself but I believe it is solved by going
into the settings folder for Voice Over actions and deleting the Program folder
which will have appeared there. You'll find more info on the AppleVis website.
