Thanks for the suggestion but it didn't work. I've also deactivated the new message alert in my answerphone settings and it's still coming up. Not a big deal I suppose just irritating. Do you reckon this is something to do with Orange or something to do with the way the handset is configured...ta again -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Darran Ross Sent: 30 April 2008 18:31 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: Voicemail waiting on line one - message Sunil, I to had this happen on a 6680 and following advice from another listrer, Mark Brett, I was able to solve the problem. Here's what he suggested I do. ring your phone and leave a message on the voicemail. Once you have done that hold down 1 so it goes through to your voicemail, if holding 1 doesn't work dial 123 and then send button. Then listen to your message and press 3 to delete the message off. Don't hang up for about 6 seconds after removing the voicemail message. Now hopefully the voicemail spool will have disappeared from your phone. As I say, this worked for me. Good Luck.
