Apologies Peter and list.  I guess I don't consider it a "bad language"
word, but appreciate some may find it offensive, and for that I am sorry.

Kind regards,

I always read your posts with interest and benefit from your knowledge but
do you need to use bad language on the list? There are perfectly adequate
ways of expressing that thought.

Peter

I've heard it is pure shite, so maybe you get what you pay for? (smile.)

Hi Eleanor. As I said in my original, I can't get it to produce meaningful
results and would be curious as to what others think...

Hello Everyone.
I heard about this app yesterday. Apparently it's been mentioned over
on
tech talk. It is a totally free OCR app which claims to provide similar
functionality to KNFB. I haven't tested it extensively, but so far can't
seem to get it to produce useful results. Can people try it and report back?
Search for voice OCR on the app store and it should be the first result. The
iTunes link if anyone needs it is:
