Well don't hold your breath after my experience, but hopefully they will.  I
changed network, so I was setting it up for the first time, maybe that was
the difference for me.

Thanks, I don't remember being prompted for a password for voice messages
when I changed my tariff.  I will have to pop into an O2 shop and hope they
can help.
