raise a formal compliant in writing with Vodafone HQ. and keep copies of
correspondence between yourself and them. further it might be useful to
advise them you intend to publish your communications as well. that way
there is a verifiable third party record of anything discussed and it
may in turn apply pressure upon them to reconsider their policy in this
regard.
