[access-uk] Vodafone Billing for Mobile

Hi there, any of you Vodafone customers receiving audio billing on CD?  I do.  
This means I am classified as a corporate organisation and there are multiple 
names and numbers associated with my Account, though I am the main account 
holder. Vodafone tell me they have to do this in order to provide me with audio 
billing.  I find it very frustrating and over years, well whenever I ever have 
the need to speak to Vodafone this issue comes up and I ask them to stop having 
me as a corporate customer but they will not.  I am going to stop the audio 
billing now as it is annoying me intensely.  This came to a head this morning 
when I received 2 texts from Vodafone, the early one at 7.00am was to advise me 
that my delivery would be arriving today etc etc.  The second one came at 
9.25am advising that my delivery would arrive between 9-10am!!!  Of course no 
delivery arrived and I was not expecting one.  Thought it was my luckey day and 
Vodafone were sending me a present of the iPhone 6 *smile*.  At 11.00am I 
phoned Vodafone.  This took up 20 minutes of my time with no resulition at the 
end.  I asked to be removed from the Corporate billing and I also asked not to 
receive the audio billing but it was like talking to a chocolate tea pot for 
all the good it did.  The situation still remains.  Just interested in other's 
experiences regarding Vodafone and audio billing.
