JAWS is still technically in public beta mode for VISTA (I believe something 
similar is the case with WindowEyes).  The latest Jaws build for version 8.0 
has gone a significant distance to make VISTA work and useable.

  I think so far window-eyse and possibly system Access (though could be wrong 
  about system access) works with vista though I don't really know how well as 
  I am staying well away from it for the time being.
