The Netbook market category is about cheap portability not outright
functionality or capacity as in the traditional laptop market.  Machines
in this category may not be upgradeable even if their memory could be
upgraded the other factor comes into play in that the processing
hardware is less than state of the art.

To try and mess around with the formula such as it is, is to miss
understand what the netbook is at this particular point in time which is
budget portable computing.  I doubt if many users could realistically
see VISTA fitting into that mould.
