Hi,

A spin-off of this list thread is that when I phoned o2 I was informed that my
mobile phone sim card would need to be upgraded!

So before I go anywhere I will need to get that sorted if I'm going to use my
existing set-up in the UK!

All this is so useful.

Thanks to all for your assist.

Tony

Orange pay as you go is offering free internet
for 1 month when you top up £10. Standard call
charges are 20p per minute, text 10p each. This
is on the Dolphin mode. You can also select 3
numbers and get 1 hour of talk for 20p. Check
this out and other options on their web site. www.orange.co.uk

Tesco are also offering a deal on their pay as
you go light tarrif. 8p per minute for callsand
4p for text, don't know what ther browsing tarrif
is but it isn't much, I think their are offering
1 week for £2. This is also available for
  viewing on their web
