Hahaha! OK. I’ve been using StreamVia
https://www.streamvia.com/
on my computer and smart phone while traveling for a couple of years now. They
are based in the UK and provide excellent service, easy to set up and
importantly great customer support when you need it. As part of their VPN
service they have something called SmartStream that is designed to cope with TV
streaming when using slow internet connection.
Their monthly subscription cost £3 to £5 depending on what servers you choose.
I know they have servers for both the US and Europe but you can contact them to
check if they cover Australia too. Worth checking if interested.

Hi Jeff. Do you mean virtual private networks where you can hide your
identity? just as a matter of interest, did you mean to put partially thick in
your email? i found it quite amusing!
all the best,
Mo.
