Hi Paul.
If you are connected to the person you're trying to reach using the 195
service, you will be charged for the chargeable part of the call IE the cost of
calling the person whose number you've sought. However, you can not be charged
for making the enquiry as this is the free service you are entitled to if you
hold the 195 directory enquiry card.
