Hi all.
So why did my friend receive the e-mail with details on the broadband log in and all that stuff? It appears to be an automated message so perhaps they send it as part of the order.

Subject: [access-uk] Virgin ADSL query

Hello all.
I am writing to enquire how ADSL is set up for Virgin users?
I am enquiring on behalf of a friend who received one of those automated
e-mails which talks about a certain address to configure the Virgin
router or modem.
Will a totally blind person be able to do this or will she have to have
someone from Virgin to come out?
Many thanks in advance. I look forward to hearing from you very soon.
Take care.
