Doesn't mean you can't buy a Bluetooth speaker for it yourself anyway. 
There are loads about.

Hi Andrew,  my initial reaction of the victor trek is that it is a lot better 
and more accurate than the trekker breeze.  my only issue is the sound because 
even when on full volumme for a 40 per cent deaf person you need to wear a 
headset.  If you buy the machine in canada you can get a bluetooth speaker but 
over here you just get headphones. if you need any more info just ask but to
