Hi Barry,
You may need to split the 2.4 and 5GHZ Wi-Fi names so they are different. I
can't elaborate further, as I don't know what router they are using.
The other possibility is that if it is BT, I hate BT, then turn off Smart
Setup.

Hi all
A friend of mine has a new modem and no matter what she and her husband
tries, she cannot connect her new Victor Reader Stream 2nd gen to it. The
wi-fi is working fine with other devices. Could it be that the modem is on
a different wavelength than the Stream can connect to? If so, I'd very much
appreciate it if someone could explain how to change it.
