Cheers Steve, I'll give that a go. Could be that Windows isn't recognising it correctly. If this is the case, you'd need to go into Device Manager, find it while it's plugged in, in Device Manager, then uninstall. Then unplug and re-plug the Stream. Do I need to also plug in the mains, because I can't see how I can do that and connect it to the pc. Thanks. The reason I know this is that I had to figure it out myself this morning and that was the only way I got it to be seen. Hope this helps. I've tried to do this but currently cannot see it showing up at all. Do I need the companion to do this? Any help appreciated. Thanks. Sharon
