Yes, I think that's what happened and as Sandra said, it has connected
to a hot spot, instead of my wi-fi.
Get me, I almost sound like I know what I'm talking about, hahaha.

I think it is the wireless key you need to enter rather than the
password as that is usually used for administrative tasks rater then
connecting.
