Debs even seasoned geeks get caught out with that one..smiles., It was
not all that long ago i came across someone with the same(or similar
issue) it appears that usually android devices instead of asikng for you
to enter your wireless key ask for your password instead , that is what
confuses people.
Regards.

Thanks Sean
Yes, I think that's what happened and as Sandra said, it has connected
to a hot spot, instead of my wi-fi.
Get me, I almost sound like I know what I'm talking about, hahaha.

I think it is the wireless key you need to enter rather than the
password as that is usually used for administrative tasks rater then
connecting.

Hi Debbie,
Did you scan for available connections, choose your connection and
then enter your password to connect? If you didn't do that, you could
be connected to a wi fi hot spot somewhere and they don't seem to want
to do the update. Keep coming back; I'm sure one of us will get you
sorted.

Cheers,
Sandra.
