[access-uk] Vibrating countdown timer required

Hi all.
Can anyone recommend a vibrating countdown timer, please?
I want one that wil repeatedly count down from 8 or 10 minutes and vibrate
before resetting and starting the count again continuously.
A talking model so i can set it myself would be even better but it must be a
simple device.
An audible alarm is not appropriate as i need to use it in a noisy
environment while wearing ear protection!
Tried google but can only find fairly complicated devices in the US and not
UK.
