Hello everyone who responded My difficulties with "Varified by Visa" stem from buttons which I cannot click. When I try to use the button to move me to the page where I key in characters from my password I am taken back to the previous page. I then get the message that I have entered the wrong password. I haven't entered anything because I haven't been able to get as far as the edit boxes. I have discussed this with my bank, who told me they had switched off the "Varified by Visa" on my account. However, the next time I visited Tesco I had exactly the Same problem. Tesco say it is nothing to do with them and I should contact my bank. However, I haven't actually reached the bank part of the process. I have tried deleting cookies and used both Internet Explorer and Firefox.
